I am an experienced food quality and safety expert with a PhD in BioInformatics and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering. I have pioneered the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools for food safety and published more that 20 peer reviewed scientific papers on the subject. After 17 years of experience in research and development at the Nestlé Research Center in Switzerland, I started my independent science consulting company offering support to the private and public sectors on their path to ensure safer food.
